Privacy Policy
1. Scope and contact
FlipFlip Reselling Corp, 4530 St Johns Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32210, United States, is responsible for the FlipFlip information practices described here. Contact flipflip@flipflip.com with subject “Privacy” for questions or requests. This notice covers our websites, memberships, communities, lead forms, resources, communications and optional services that link to it. Independent retailers and platforms have their own notices.
This notice describes information practices; it does not require you to consent to all processing merely by visiting a page. We obtain consent separately where required. Rights and obligations depend on applicable law and the service you use.
2. Information we receive
Account and contact details: name, email address, Discord username/ID, membership identifiers and contact information you provide to register, obtain a resource, participate or request help.
Membership and transaction records: customer/contact information, membership status, purchase and renewal history, payment status, transaction references, billing information and support records made available through Whop, Stripe, PayPal or the relevant checkout tools. We may view or export information those services make available to us for the purposes described here. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their independent processing; this notice covers information FlipFlip receives and handles. We do not claim access to every category of information a payment platform collects.
Community and support material: posts, messages, images, feedback, reported problems, moderation records and information you voluntarily submit. A post in a community channel is visible to that channel's audience. Private messages or tickets should not be treated as public marketing material.
Independent checkout providers: these separate businesses receive the retailer credentials, payment details, shipping information and purchase instructions you submit through their own forms, websites or communities. Their privacy notices govern that independent processing. FlipFlip does not receive their checkout-intake details; our own membership and payment records are separate. Do not send passwords or full payment details to FlipFlip in ordinary messages.
Website, link and device data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, referring pages, pages and links used, approximate location inferred from IP and cookie or similar identifiers. We use analytics, advertising pixels, signup forms and session-recording tools. Depending on the tool and its settings, these can record browsing interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation. Branded redirects can also record link interactions before sending you to a retailer. See the cookie section for applicable choices and details.
Marketing and permission records: requested resources, email preferences, consent/withdrawal records, referral attribution, and engagement information where the communication or tool supports it and law permits. We also receive relevant account and service information from Whop, Stripe, PayPal, Discord and providers involved in the service you request.
3. Why we use information
We use relevant information to provide membership access and requested resources; operate alerts and communities; handle FlipFlip billing and support; maintain safety and prevent fraud; record permissions and preferences; evaluate and improve our services; administer disclosed referral or paid-placement arrangements; and meet legal, accounting and dispute obligations. Independent checkout providers process purchasing instructions under their own agreements.
We send service communications and marketing emails or other promotional messages, including newsletters, offers and winback messages, where permitted and consistent with your choices. You can opt out of marketing. Where a channel requires separate consent, we obtain it; an email signup is not blanket consent to text messages or every other channel. We use analytics and advertising technologies as described below and subject to applicable choices.
4. Who receives information
Platforms and service providers: hosting, membership, payment, community, forms, email/messaging, analytics, advertising, session-recording, link-management, support and security providers receive information for their roles. These include Webflow, Whop, Stripe, PayPal, Discord, Google services, Kit, Short.io and other providers used for the relevant feature. Some process information on our instructions; others have independent purposes described in their own notices. For tracking details and choices, see our Cookie & Tracking Notice.
Independent purchasing operators and retailers: when you choose to enroll with a provider, you submit checkout information directly to that provider; FlipFlip does not pass your checkout details to it as part of a paid placement. Its notice should identify relevant retailers, payment and fulfillment recipients. Paying for placement does not authorize a provider to receive our member list or Whop customer records. Any additional disclosure of information controlled by FlipFlip requires its own disclosed purpose and appropriate legal basis.
Community audiences: other members can see information you post in channels they can access and may take screenshots or share it. Avoid posting personal information you do not want disclosed. We cannot guarantee that a member-only channel or forwardable resource link will remain confidential.
Other recipients: professional advisers; authorities and parties involved in legal obligations, protection of rights, fraud prevention or disputes; and potential or actual successors in a legitimate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information when you specifically direct us to do so.
We do not sell or rent customer lists or personal information to third parties for money. Advertising tools can nevertheless involve disclosures treated as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without payment; applicable choices are described below. A community-content license does not transfer ownership of your personal information. We obtain separate permission for identifiable testimonials used in public marketing.
5. Cookies, advertising and short links
We use cookies, pixels, session-recording technologies and link analytics for website operation, preferences, usage measurement, attribution and advertising. These tools can allow advertising and analytics providers to collect information about your activity over time and across different websites or services. Applicable consent and opt-out requirements depend on the technology and your location. Required cookies support essential functions. Read our Cookie & Tracking Notice and Cookie Settings for the technologies covered and available choices.
Use Cookie Settings to review or change optional tracking preferences. You may also contact flipflip@flipflip.com with subject “Privacy Choices” to request an applicable advertising opt-out or other privacy choice. We honor applicable consent, opt-out and legally recognized preference-signal requirements. Our site does not change tracking solely in response to a browser’s legacy “Do Not Track” header. This differs from Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out signals, which we honor where required. See the Cookie & Tracking Notice for more information.
Browser settings can manage some cookies, but may not control all server-side disclosures or provider processing. Visiting an external retailer or platform subjects that visit to its privacy practices. A branded FlipFlip link does not change the identity of the destination or prevent it from collecting information.
6. Retention and security
Customer information may remain in our systems after a membership ends. Retention depends on the purposes for which information was collected, our relationship with you, the type and sensitivity of information, outstanding transactions or disputes, security needs, and applicable legal or accounting requirements. We do not automatically delete all records when you cancel.
We limit retention as required by applicable law. Records needed for billing, tax, disputes, consent or honoring opt-outs may need to be kept longer than information used for everyday service delivery. You can request deletion at flipflip@flipflip.com; we will address the request subject to applicable rights and lawful retention exceptions.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and risks, but no system is completely secure. We investigate security concerns and provide notices where required by law. Contact us promptly if you believe information or credentials were exposed. Do not send additional sensitive details in the initial report; we will identify a suitable secure channel if needed.
7. Choices and requests
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using its unsubscribe link, use the opt-out instructions provided for other marketing-message channels, or contact flipflip@flipflip.com. Essential membership, security, billing and requested-service communications may still be sent. An email or messaging opt-out does not cancel a paid membership, and subscription cancellation does not automatically erase records subject to lawful retention.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Applicable law may also provide rights relating to sensitive information, authorized agents, appeals and complaints to a regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Email flipflip@flipflip.com with subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request. For requests such as access, correction or deletion, we may verify identity using information reasonably needed for that purpose and may request proof of an authorized agent’s authority where permitted. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out or recognized preference signal when applicable law prohibits that requirement. Do not send a password or full card number. We respond within applicable legal periods, explain lawful exceptions or extensions, and explain any available appeal route. Where an appeal right applies, email the same address with subject “Privacy Appeal.” You may also complain to the appropriate regulator.
We can address information we control. For an independent platform's own processing, its request process may also be necessary. We do not require you to accept marketing to obtain a resource you specifically requested.
8. International processing
FlipFlip is based in the United States and accepts eligible members internationally, although most content focuses on U.S. opportunities. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws can differ. Our content focus does not remove applicable privacy rights. Where law requires a legal basis or international transfer safeguard, that requirement remains in effect; accepting this notice alone is not a transfer mechanism or blanket consent.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the purpose: contract necessity for account administration, requested membership benefits, billing and support; applicable legal obligations for required records, notices and lawful requests; legitimate interests in protecting accounts, preventing fraud, defending claims and improving services, subject to the required balancing of rights; and consent for optional tracking or marketing where consent is required. You can withdraw consent without affecting lawful processing before withdrawal and object where an objection right applies. Contact flipflip@flipflip.com for information about the basis, international safeguards or rights relevant to your information. Accepting this notice is not consent to every listed purpose. Nothing here removes mandatory protections in your jurisdiction.
9. Children and younger users
FlipFlip is primarily intended for adults. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not register or submit personal information. Other users below the age of legal adulthood must meet the guardian and platform requirements in our Terms. If you believe we have collected a child’s information contrary to applicable law, contact flipflip@flipflip.com. We will investigate and take required action, including restricting access or deleting information where appropriate. A user’s decision to register does not remove applicable child-privacy duties.
10. Changes
We will date updates and give appropriate notice of material changes. Where a new use requires consent or another legal step, we will take that step before using information in that way. A revised notice does not automatically authorize unrelated use of information previously collected.
