Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel your membership
Whop purchase: sign in to the account used for the purchase, open membership/subscription management, select your FlipFlip plan and complete cancellation. Direct Stripe-processed membership: use the management link supplied with your purchase. Direct PayPal recurring membership: cancel the applicable automatic payment in PayPal; this cancels future renewals of that membership without a second cancellation request. A Whop purchase uses Whop’s cancellation process even when PayPal was the payment method. Keep confirmation. If the correct route is missing, inaccessible or unclear, email flipflip@flipflip.com from your purchase email with the plan name and a clear cancellation request. A legally effective request does not depend on our reply or approval; applicable deadlines and other legally required methods remain available. Replies may not be immediate. Cancellation does not erase amounts already lawfully due for a period before it takes effect.
Cancel before the renewal or trial-conversion time in your purchase details to avoid the next charge. Canceling prevents future renewals. Paid access ordinarily continues through the period already paid for, subject to a refund, your request for immediate closure or lawful suspension/termination. Trial access follows the disclosed trial terms. Leaving Discord, removing an app or unsubscribing from emails does not cancel billing.
No discretionary refunds
FlipFlip does not offer a money-back guarantee or discretionary refunds for change of mind, unused membership time, missed drops, failure to make a profit or forgetting to cancel before a valid renewal. We do not ordinarily prorate a period you voluntarily stop using. A specific written offer we accepted remains binding.
Refunds, payment reversals, billing corrections and other remedies remain available where required by applicable law, binding payment-platform or card-network rules, or a specific accepted offer. This includes any applicable remedy for duplicate or unauthorized charges, charges after legally effective cancellation, or failure to supply the purchased service. The relevant payment platform may process reversals under its applicable terms. If FlipFlip ends service, it will stop future renewals; any unused-prepaid-period remedy is governed by those requirements. This policy does not promise an additional discretionary refund.
International withdrawal and payment disputes
Applicable withdrawal rights, including rights for qualifying EU/EEA/UK consumers, are not waived simply by this policy or by joining Discord. Any lawful exception for digital content requires the necessary disclosures and affirmative acknowledgments; ongoing services may be treated differently. The applicable payment-platform terms also govern its own rights and procedures.

Do not send full card details. You retain lawful rights to dispute charges with your issuer or bank. We may respond to disputes with accurate records; good-faith disputes and honest reviews are not prohibited. Deliberately fraudulent claims remain prohibited.
